Contact HerbalPria About Ingredients and Orders
If you have a question about an ingredient, a serving size, or whether a product is currently available, this is where to send it. We answer questions about the formulas described on this site, and we pass order and availability queries to the right place. Our team is based in Palembang and replies during working hours.
Before you write, check the buying guide
A good share of the questions we receive are already answered in the buying guide, particularly around registration checks, serving size, and how to compare pack sizes.
If your question is about how to choose rather than about a specific product, start there. It takes a few minutes and may save you the wait. The guide walks through the difference between a whole-food multivitamin and a standard one, why zinc and magnesium appear in so many men's vitamin supplements, and what the label terms for natural capsules for strength and vitality actually mean once you read the panel line by line.
Read the buying guideWhat the guide covers
- How to read a supplement panel without a chemistry background.
- Comparing serving size against the pack size you actually buy.
- Where herbal capsules and mineral blends fit alongside a daily multivitamin.
- What to bring to your own doctor if you take prescribed medication.
If the guide does not cover your case, write to us and say so. That tells us what to add next.
Where our help starts and stops
Two short lists so you know which of your questions belongs here before you spend time typing it out.
What we can help with
We answer questions about the products and ingredients covered on this site: what zinc and magnesium do in a men's multi, what saw palmetto or ginkgo biloba usually appears with, how whole-food and vegan friendly formulas differ from standard ones. We can also clarify serving sizes, pack sizes, and which page covers a formula you are comparing. If your question is about a specific label line you do not understand, include it and we will explain what it refers to.
What we cannot help with
We are not a medical service. We cannot advise on symptoms, diagnose anything, or tell you whether a supplement interacts with medication you take. Those questions belong with a doctor or pharmacist who knows your history. We also cannot tell you what result you will experience from any formula, because we have no verified material that would support such a statement. Sending us that question will get a short reply pointing you to a professional, which is the honest answer.
If your question lands on the right-hand list, the fastest route is a pharmacist or your own doctor. We would rather send you somewhere useful than guess.

For order and availability questions
If you are asking about placing an order, delivery, or whether a specific product is in stock, include the product name and pack size in your message. Availability changes, and the more specific your message, the faster we can respond. We do not process medical consultations and we do not provide dosing advice. Order-related messages go to the same inbox and are routed from there.

How long a reply takes
Messages sent during working hours are usually read the same day. Messages arriving in the evening or on public holidays are handled on the next working day.
Complex ingredient questions that need a label check can take a little longer, and we would rather answer accurately than quickly. If you have not heard back within two working days, send a follow-up and mention the product name again.

A message we can act on looks like this
The clearest messages name the formula, the pack size, and the single line you want explained. Everything else is optional.
Something like: "I am comparing the men's multivitamin in a 120-count against the herbal capsules. Can you tell me whether the magnesium in both is listed in the same form?" That message reaches the right answer in one reply. A message that reads "is this good for me?" does not, and it usually means the real question belongs with a professional, not with us.
If your note is about a category rather than a specific product, tell us which page you were reading. It helps us know which part of the catalogue is confusing and which page to fix first.
Still choosing between formulas?
Most of the questions we receive are not really about a single product. They are about how to pick between two of them. If that is where you are, the buying guide is the faster route, and the catalogue pages below are the ones people ask about most.
If you are building a daily routine around men's health support rather than one specific pack, start with the multivitamin page, then look at whether a mineral or herbal addition makes sense for you. Nobody here will tell you what to take; we will tell you what is in each formula and what the label terms mean.
Pages people ask about most
One inbox for ingredients, orders, and availability
Email is the better route for a question about an ingredient or a label line. Phone works well for a short availability check. Either way, name the product and we can answer without asking twice.
